14-16 oz of Vodka

2 oz strained TC Koque-Tale infusion
3 oz Clamato juice
Dashi Umami Rimmer
Nori strip & pickled daikon for garnish

Directions

Infuse your Koque-Tale blend according to instructions for 24-48h, then strain.

Rim the glass with our Dashi rimmer.

In a tall glass with ice, pour the strained infusion

3 oz Clamato juice
1/2 oz yuzu juice
Charred shishito pepper & black salt rim for garnish

Rim glass with black salt.

Fill with ice, pour the strained infusion.

Add Clamato and yuzu juice.
